Electrical Installation Condition Reports

An electrical installation condition report is required as all electrical installations deteriorate over time.

It is recommended that an installation inspected and tested every 3 to 5 years. Such electrical safety checks are commonly known as Periodic Inspections or Electrical Safety Assessments.

The purpose of this Condition Report is to confirm, so far as reasonably practicable, whether or not an electrical installation is in a safe condition for continued use or service.

The report will identify any damages, deterioration, defects and/or conditions which may give rise to danger.

Whether you are a landlord, home owner or manage a commercial business, it is important to ensure your electrical installation is regularly inspected and has a valid satisfactory certificate.
